Blogging Blues

Blogging that past couple of days has been hard. I’ve thinned down my blogs in the past couple of months but still find it difficult some days to write anything at all.

I have made excuses but I think the biggest one is too many ideas and not enough implementation.  So I’m going to make a schedule and try to do some of my ideas. I have several products to review but just can’t get up the gumption to use them and them write about it. It is very sad but I think part of it is I just can’t seem to concentrate on anything for a very long time – like 30 minutes. I just need to set aside blocks of my time to do things. I’m thinking 15-30 minute increments since that seems to work well for me when I’m doing housework.

I have also resisted the idea of scheduling. It just feels like I am always planning and not living. I need a better attitude toward scheduling and time mangement as it  really is a tool so that you can live better.

Today I bought a wipe board to help keep me on task. I do better with a to do list that I can see, so having it on  the wall should help out a lot.

Also the weather seems to have a lot to do with my writing mood. Nice, pleasant days I’m ready to write but on cold days, I just want to curl up and watch TV. Today is a beautiful day, so maybe I can get a lot done and actually get ahead.

2009 Holy Days of Obligation

Since I always forget these, I’m going to post them here so that I don’t have to keep Googling it. One of our New Year’s Resolutions is the attend church more often. So far, we haven’t been to church yet this year. I know it’s only day five. Being sick has been a horrible way to start the New Year.

Part 2

Welcome back! I had started this blog and lost focus with it. So I deleted the whole kit and kaboodle. Now I’m starting from square one again with a plan to keep this blog focused on me – LOL. Boy I sound a little self-centered there. I’m not really but just wanted to create a blog that I can say what I want without it being ‘off topic.’

Raesmom will be just another Mommy blog. Whatever is going on in my life that I feel the need to share will go here. So who knows what I may talk about.
